Our client and their challenge
To produce an experiential space within 5 key John Lewis Partnership stores, starting with Oxford Street, for showcasing Samsung's Hero product and Lifestyle range.
Working within Samsung's brand guidelines we maximised the use of the space in each store by introducing the latest technology to demonstrate the full range of the features and benefits. In this new COVID-19 retail environment we looked to utilise a touch free demo expereince by using gesture control on the 8K Hero bay also adding the wow factor of projection mapping to really draw in the consumer. We highlighted the unique rotating feature of their Sero model by offering a demo solution using a linked phone that twisted on it's totem.
A successful execution initially in the Oxford Street flagship store, with 4 more stores being rolled out by the end of October 2020. We offered a dynamic retail display solution that will encourage customers to return to stores with the promise of a unique and safe experience that can't get online.
