Account Executive

Supporting senior members of the creative team on the successful development and creation of B2B, B2B2C and B2C marketing materials and assets. You will be expected to cover an array of disciplines such as creative and content production and working with other departments across the business including digital, social, events, promotions, partnerships and sponsorships. You will need to support a team consisting of an Account Manager, Senior Account Manager and Account Director by liaising with all divisions inside the agency, clients and suppliers. You will be required to assist in idea generation, scoping out costs and timelines, liaising and working with 3rd party suppliers and managing creative and production of sales enablement materials (including presentations, toolkits and brochures – both print and digital), video and interactive platforms.




Main responsibilities

  • Day to day client support and liaising with suppliers including: updates and managing feedback, sourcing quotes, receiving internal approval and managing from brief to delivery
  • Admin support in day to day tasks, such as booking meetings, taking notes, compiling status reports, tracking assets and managing timelines and budgets, and, managing financial requirements through budget control, timesheet management, invoicing and reconciliation of projects.  
  • Account management including: working with your team to brief projects and creative, assisting with the formation of marketing strategies and, handling budgets, managing project costs and invoicing clients with the Account team

Skills & experience


  • Working to client budgets, ensuring accurate quoting and invoicing
  • Ability to co-ordinate timelines and schedules
  • Ability to co-ordinate process for our clients and project management
  • Estimating, invoicing and raising orders from suppliers
  • Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask

  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving

  • Ability to clearly articulate feedback

  • Strong communication skills (written and oral)

  • Self-motivated while also a good team player

  • Collaborative attitude and proactive

  • Able to thrive in a fast paced and collaborative environment

  • One year plus of experience in an Account Executive role


  • Knowledge of and interest in various business disciplines, in particular B2B and technology
  • Knowledge of online management / content system and software
  • Working knowledge of intuitive online resources
  • Ability to come up with creative ideas and concepts
  • Basic design / layout awareness and copywriting skills to help brief and critique work
  • Experience in an agency environment



  • A level educated


  • Degree educated
